Harvest Festival Exhibit

Join us for the Harvest Festival exhibit at False River on November 2 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM! This Exhibit will feature classic and modern tractors on the lawn, a hands-on petting zoo for all ages, and a vibrant pumpkin contest hosted by Pointe Coupee 4H, where the public is invited to enter their own pumpkins and showcase their skills. The Arts Council will also host creative art and craft activities, perfect for families looking to explore their creativity.
🎃 4H Pumpkin Contest: Open to the public! Drop off your pumpkins between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Winners will be announced at 4:00 PM!
🎨 Free Art Workshop: The Arts Council will host a free art workshop from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All ages are welcome!
👑 Harvest Festival Queen and Visiting Fair Queens: Meet the Harvest Festival Queen and other visiting fair queens on the lawn from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for introductions and photos!
🪁 Games for Kiddos: Fun games will be available on the lawn from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained.
🐐 Petting Zoo: The petting zoo will be joining us; we're currently waiting for confirmation on the times, so stay tuned for updates!

Open to all, with Pre-K through adult divisions, it’s the perfect way to celebrate the season. Grab your pumpkins and let your imagination run wild!
Bring your best pumpkins to the Julien Poydras building lawn from 10:00am-3:30pm on November 2, 2024, at Harvest Festival. Winners will be announced at 4:00pm. 4-H enrollment is not required to participate. Ribbons will be awarded for category winners. Only one pumpkin per category.
